Rrrrrebooting ... sort of

So I asked Vulgarweed and the old mods whether the planned reboot was still happening and it’s off. With their permission, though, I’ve set up my own attempt at a reboot at lt_safe_house for anyone still interested in starting over with a similar game.

There’s an OOC community at mad_prophecies, if you want to join, have questions, or just want to stop by for old times’ sake. It’s open for everybody and even if you’re not joining the new game, I’d be happy to see you there.

Those of you not interested in playing again, please tell me so I’ll know your characters are available for new players. (If you don’t, I’ll try to track you down before giving away your character, but after a computer crash a while ago I no longer have all of your e-mail addresses and I’m not sure how up to date the contact info I have is anyway.)

I’ll be in the old neutral omens chatroom whenever I’m online this weekend, if anybody feels like dropping by.

Gabs has asked us not to use the old interpretations of Gabriel or Belial. Of course Belial is yours, but ... I don't want to do anything she's uncomfortable with either. I guess I'll wait and see whether anyone applies for your Belial in the first place. They'd have to be a damn good writer to pull him off ...

I did promise her to steer any potential players away from that pairing (even though I'll miss it, but then it wouldn't be the same anyway).

Well, I never knew what you intended him to be, but he managed to hypnotise me everytime, so as far as I am concerned he was perfect.
Some characters do that when you write them. I've got one in my HP fanfic that was going to be almost the exact opposite of what he decided to be the moment I first let him open his mouth. I love him as he is now, though and somehow he still fills the role he was meant to.
